This is a sample article showing how a game analysis post can be structured. Replace the title and content with the game you actually want to study.

1. Basic Information

  • Game title: fill in the actual title here.
  • Genre / Platform: ACT, RPG, Roguelike, PC, console, mobile, etc.
  • Playtime and progress: how long you played and whether you finished it.

2. Core Gameplay Loop

Summarize what the player keeps doing in one run:

  1. Enter a stage or select a mission.
  2. Fight, explore, and gather resources.
  3. Return to a hub or menu for upgrades and unlocks.
  4. Open up new levels, story beats, or systems.

Then explain why this loop is engaging.

3. Key Systems Breakdown

1. Combat or Interaction

  • Input feel and pacing.
  • Enemy variety and AI behavior.
  • Whether the game provides a clear sense of growth.

2. Progression and Numbers

  • Growth through levels, stats, equipment, or cards.
  • Whether numbers scale too hard and trivialize earlier content.
  • Whether different builds create meaningful choices.

3. Level and Progress Structure

  • Linear, open-world, or roguelike progression.
  • Whether the difficulty curve is smooth.
  • Where replay value and freshness come from.

4. Personal Evaluation

Use two or three paragraphs to summarize the strengths and weaknesses of the game’s systems, what you would borrow, and what you would improve.
